Location: The Chapel Street Playhouse is located at 27 N. Chapel Street, Newark DE 19711
Directions: From 1-95 please take exit 3 to merge onto DE-273 W toward Newark and follow 273 W for approximately 4.4 miles. 273 W will go from Ogle town Road and will eventually turn into Main Street. Then at the intersection of Main Street and Chapel Street turn right at Chapel Street and go 374 ft, the Theater will be on your left hand side.
Parking: There are three Municipal Parking lots located in downtown Newark. Lot #1 is located between Main Street and Delaware Avenue. Lot # 3 is located behind businesses on north side of the Main Street between Center Street and Cucina diNapoli. Lot #4 is located north side of Main Street between Choate Street and Center Street. Parking in these lots is $.50 per half hour but Chapel Street Players season Subscribers Park at these lots for free. There are also various on street metered spots located up and down Main Street.
